The RescueTechs crew teaches vehicle rescue and Penn State agricultural rescue programs throughout Pennsylvania and other states. The schedule of classes is posted here as a courtesy. Please keep in mind that not all of these classes are "open enrollment", and prospective students must contact the sponsoring agency to determine status and available seats.
If you organization is interested in scheduling any classes, please get in contact as soon as possible to be included in the schedule.
Also for 2012... Many agencies are asking for vehicle rescue refresher/update classes, as well as classes consistent with NFPA 1006 Vehicle and Machinery Rescue Technician Levels 1 & 2. To accomodate these requests, development of new course materials in a modular format is currently in progress. This will allow the programs to be tailored to a specific agency's goals. Again, please get in contact ASAP if you are interested...

For crash/rescue scenarios, the vehicle has some of the same procedures common to other alternative-power vehicles. |
